A. Currently, we are not taking any custom orders as our focus is on fulfilling existing orders and maintaining high quality standards. However, we constantly monitor market demand and operational capabilities, so this policy may be subject to change in the future.

  • How long does it take to process and ship online orders?
A. Once an order is placed, the shipping method chosen by the customer plays a crucial role in determining the delivery timeline.
Customers have the option to select from various shipping options such as standard ground shipping or expedited shipping which means it could take anywhere around 2-8 business days for delivery.
  • Is there a return/exchange policy for orders?

  • How can I track my order once it has been placed?

A. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

A. At this time, we do not provide shipping services outside of the United States.

  • How can I care for my Zuri and Zyla jewelry?

A. To keep your Zuri and Zyla jewelry looking its best, we recommend:

      • Remove before bathing, showering, swimming, exercise or sleep
      • Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, water, moisture and chemicals
      • Store properly and separately in a cool dry place such as a box or pouch
      • When needed wipe with a dry soft cloth
  • What are the shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the package, the shipping method you select at check out and is subject to the policies of the shipping company. You should be able to fill your shopping cart with the items you'd like and then review the amount before you complete the transaction.
  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?
